Raquel Nelson was charged and acquitted of homicide by vehicle in the second degree, after initially being held responsible for jaywaking. Too bad the driver who killed her son A.J. Nelson was only sentenced to 6 months in prison and 5-years-probation, even after two prior hit-and-run convictions
