it's sad. so violence being all over the place excuses two people - one shot in the leg - the other in the butt, excuses it? i don't know the circumstances, but they probably weren't even the intended victims as often happens with these graduates from the _______________ precision shooting academy.
most of these shootings happen because someone has a perceived (or not) score to even and they know most likely their intended victim will be in attendance at such cultural festivals.
