Mi back a Cape Town. No crazy mountain climbing this time. Mi wi tek di cable car up Table Mountain then nyam a juicy steak with some nice wine for supper.

Miss Pie, whenever you got callaloo, I just get my fork ready. What you doing today?

I got some new bookshelves that need to be put together, but I;ve been working on them for two days and am not getting the job done. So, enough of that, I have decided to admit when I need help and am getting some.

I'm getting some decorative pots together for the patio. My dad was telling me some plants he saw at Lowe's that can take fall weather so we'll see how those work out.

Morning family

Caan tell di last time I been in here...between working and mi family working m nerves I have been stressed..well...mi decide fi get off mi stressed butt and go run...I wanna do a half marathon next spring fi autism awareness....it was miserable and every second mi a stop and walk den run again an lawd it is di coldest it has been in di longest!

But amid the soreness I feel good

No big plans today...kids have dentist appt, dropping off mom...drop off dad yesterday so parent free house fi di weekend as is such I am staying in..shipping kids over to grandma for the weekend...and snuggling up wid ma boo tonite

Little grocery shopping, take the edger and mower to get them sharpen

Carry mommy to the mall later so she can spend har birthday money

have alot of shredding to do will start later this evening

(((Tuilp)))I love callaloo myself too! not too crazy about ackee............don't you just hate it when you have to put furniture togetherlawd mi always opt to somebody else doing it cause I am challenged in construction of certain things..........the plants with the little white specs on the leaves are usually good for fall weather(when the name come to me I will post)........anyway have a great weekend.........btw how the parents?

Mawnin Folks.....

Mi have nuff fi do.....

1. appointment
2. produce buying. mi find one farm close by. you pick it, pack it ahn dem give you it for 55 cents a pound
3. come back ahn go for a long run. may have to break it into 2 cah mi might not have enough time before the temps go up.
4. mi find di &quot;us's&quot; in di new town...so mi gwine investigate di hair salons in di area

Good Saturday morning!

Got up at 4:30am and cleaned my bedroom...showered...then got sleepy and went back to sleep. Neva woke again til 8am and stay inna di bed for 45 mins....

Soon gone go run. The weather has been very cool for several days...almost feel too cold for me already but it's GREAT running weather. Plan to get 6 miles in the late morning.
Just a day to get some errands done....in and out of the house.... Call the family, relatives and friends spread across the globe.
