Got up at 4:30am and cleaned my bedroom...showered...then got sleepy and went back to sleep. Neva woke again til 8am and stay inna di bed for 45 mins....

Soon gone go run. The weather has been very cool for several days...almost feel too cold for me already but it's GREAT running weather. Plan to get 6 miles in the late morning.
Just a day to get some errands done....in and out of the house.... Call the family, relatives and friends spread across the globe.

Got up early an reach zumba class at the Y. Mi kick up foot an jump an dutty wine so til mi naily drap. And is ongle one cup of coffee mi had dis mawnin So mi well hungry now.

No better, but not too much worse. Mom's prescriptions expired earlier this week. Her doctor refused to have them refilled without her coming in for a check-up. Her mind is making her refuse to go back in. I told my dad to take care of it, but he hasn't. I am going home this Wednesday to raise some hell and drag her in. Let me be the villain for the greater good. (I might need to see if he can give me a few nerve pills to take back with me.)

Good morning Apple Pie and others

Got up and took girlKia for bloodwork. Got to the lab at 7:30A did not get seen till 9:15A and it took dem till 9:45 to figure out how to code the test
The drawing - swift &amp; painless . MrKia &amp; I took her for breakfast for her reward for being a trooper.

Answering emails now.. Then gymnastics open house and cheer game later
Tomorrow fencing then fair

I have to weed out some old clothes and some shredding to do and drop off likkelgen school blazer @ di cleaners suh dem can sew on school crest

But mi nuh think mi leaving mi yard tideh cause outside &quot;crisp&quot; and mi vex seh fall on it's way
