LOL, the HS and middle school bus stops kept changing every year. Each year the unlucky homeowner would complain and they would move it. Finally they moved it to the entrance of the development.
For about three years the stop was on my block, there was a physically challenged child on the route so the bus stopped in front of his house. Every morning and every afternoon there was a football game in the middle of the street, it used to drive one of my neighbors crazy when the ball would drop on her lawn. She complained, but nothing happened until the family of the young man moved.
I had no problem with it, especially since the guys used to let the young man with the disability play with them. His face would light up when he lined up for the play.
Bus stop for elementary and Middle school is in front of my house. Our street is a small street with very few cars.
We make sure the basketballs are inflated so they can play b4 the bus comes. We even put up a bench for the kids to sit and wait. The younger kids climb the dogwood tree carefully

seen this complaint before.. its usualy a corner lot.
not only does the kids frolic, but seems people cut across the lawn.
The work around, they can put those decorative looking iron fence along the border.. alternatively they can landscape the corner of the lot with a rock garden and bushes with spikes..
I had never thought about it, but it would stress me out to have all that going on when I'm trying to leave the house in the morning. Next thing you know, I don't see somebody's child while backing out the driveway because the powers that be are so determined to have daylight savings time and what not make it dark in the morning.
No, I would definitely not like to live in the house by the bus stop.
