That has been a conspiracy for years. The government sanctioned the UN to turn black skies blue because the color offended the<span style="text-decoration: line-through"> Palestinians.</span> Jews

Anyhow.. meck a school yuh.. A Nixon did try dis wid the CIA, dem tried to change the color of the sky to match the color of the "blue eyed white man", suh dem seeded the skies, but instead of turning BLUE, its caused floods..
hence Jamaica's historic New Market flood in 1979..
