being in the house he got 30 years - he supposedly admitted to being in the house.


Small-time drug dealer Rudy Guede, 23, was last night the only person behind bars for the murder of Meredith Kercher.

Convicted in October 2008, the drifter, who lived in Perugia, admitted being in the house but denied murder. His 30-year sentence was reduced to 16 on appeal.

But in June 2010 jailed Mafia supergrass Luciano Aviello, 42, claimed his brother, Antonio, who is on the run, was guilty.

Mi doan know odda dan di fact dat when smaddy cyaan keep dem story straight it says a lot. If a man/woman innocent of a crime dem noh have 10 story fi how di crime took place and dem whereabouts. I tink dat kina behavior is covered in Investigation 101 as means for high on the suspect list.
