CT does have a death penalty but I doubt that he will get it. From what I have read it is rarely used.. There is a case going on there now where the jury is trying to decide if one of the perps in home invasion, rape , arson, triple homicide will get the death penalty.

I am glad that the jury saw through Mr. Carter's claims of severe emotional distress.

it's true...i can't say that was the case here- i don't know--- but there is some merit to what blakkgiant stated..i personally knew two young women with great credentials &amp; bright futures who took men who were drug dealers...both have been killed;
no one caqn deny that a lot of woman are attracted to the guy with a seemingly dangerous streak--- they find it sexy &amp; exciting
