i live under no stone...
i know china is not running around because of the goodness of their heart...they are running around because they want to eat like everyone else;
however they have treated africa with a bit more respect than the west ever has...so the comparisons are way off base...
europe & euro-america has literally enslaved africa & raped its people & resources...and right up to now with NATO in libya & america in uganda, continue to harbor imperialistic designs by force of arms...
at least china throws in some technical projects...

regardless it will all be for naught if the african does not wake up & realize that the world covets its resources & people...
give me marcus garvey, kwame toure (stokely carmichael) & other strong pan-africanists who have been warning africa for decades about this...

the west only alarmed about china because tief neva love fi si tief wid long bag...
they want to carry on their thieving uninhibited by the likes of asia or any other competition

The US sends a few troops to Uganda..china sends military equipment to Uganda. bot aimed at the same objective..

has china enacted any regime changes in africa?

if they have- which i have never heard of-- it is certainly far far less than europe/america;
if a proxy war between china &amp; america (the new cold war) is starting out in africa, then china deserves the benefit of the doubt...
africa will be viewed as an open store to the superpowers as long as africans remain brainwashed &amp; passive about the true wealth of their continent &amp; people...

the mis-leaders have to use the superpowers as much as they are using africa...
euro/america has already proven they will kill, rape &amp; steal to get africa, so if they get a little competition from china, so be it
