i think if she proves paternity she should be entitled to the payoff.


it would be very interesting to see if they police actually persue the statutory rape case...i don't think they could get a guilty conviction on that.

Of Being Baby Daddy


The woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child -- originally accused her ex-boyfriend of being the daddy to the very same baby last year ... this according to her ex-BF's grandmother.

TMZ spoke with Frances Lippe ... who tells us Mariah Yeater had been dating her grandson John Terranova in Las Vegas toward the end of high school.

Lippe says Yeater came to their home in December 2010 and told Terranova she was pregnant with his child. He insisted he did not get her pregnant.

The two got into an argument and police were called ... because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage.

Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window ... and got into another altercation with Terranova ... and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand.

Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas.

Lippe tells us they never heard from Yeater again after the December altercation. 10 months later, Mariah surfaced ... now claiming Bieber is the father. JB says it just ain't true.

Mariah gave birth to a baby boy in San Diego on July 6 -- she did not list a father on the birth certificate.

We've made multiple calls to Yeater's attorneys -- so far, no response.

Woman who claims she had Bieber's baby first told ex he was the dad


The 20-year-old woman who claims teen idol Justin Bieber knocked her up originally told her ex-boyfriend that he was the baby-daddy -- and not Bieber, The Post has learned.

&quot;She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child and I said this is impossible, you've been in California two months and back here for only a week,&quot; said Las Vegas resident John Terranova, 19, about his ex-girlfriend Mariah Yeater, 20, who has sued Bieber for support for the son she later bore.


&quot;After I told her that's not my kid, you've only been here for a week, then she told me, 'No, I got pregnant before I left by you,&quot; Terranova told The Post. &quot;But it didn't make sense because she had a doctor's note saying she wasn't pregnant enough for that to be possible. It didn't add up.&quot;

&quot;She tried to tell me it was my kid after one week. For a second I believed her then I went and talked to my grandma who said no sweetie that's not possible so when I went back to her she tried to say she got pregnant before she left,&quot; Terranova said.

Terranova said he had dated Yeater for nearly four years after meeting her at a Las Vegas high school that caters to students who had been thrown out of other schools. He said he broke up with her after he learned she had cheated on him.

Terranova scoffed at Yeater's claim that it was the then-16-year-old Bieber who impregnated her in October 2010 during a 30-second sex session in the bathroom of the LA Staples Center after he performed there.

&quot;I know it's not Justin Bieber,&quot; Terranova said. &quot;She just wants money. It's a scam.&quot;

His girlfriend Lacy Jensen, who herself is pregnant now, agreed.

&quot;Poor (Justin Bieber) kid he's worked so hard for his career and to deal with this. She just wants to get her name out there,&quot; said Jensen.

&quot;She's a golddigger and just wants someone to take care of her,&quot; Jensen said. &quot;She was a really big party animal who got around a lot. She was a big slut. She's scandalous.&quot;

Yeater was arrested for battery last December for allegedly slapping Terranova in a jealous rage after she returned from a sojourn in California to find him dating a new girlfriend, Lacy Jensen. Yeater is due to appear in Las Vegas court on that misdemeanor charge on Dec. 12 -- three days before Bieber is due to respond to her demand in San Diego court for a paternity test and child support for her four-month-old son Tristyn.

&quot;I was sitting in my room talking to Lacy when my brother came in and said, 'Dude, Mariah on the couch downstairs,' &quot; Terranova recalled about the Dec. 21 attack. &quot;I came downstairs with Lacy and when Mariah saw her, she freaked out. She came outside to Lacy's white Honda Civic and picked up a brick and threw it threw the back windshield and the back left passenger window. She broke those two windows.&quot;

&quot;I came outside and asked her why she's breaking all our s---,&quot; Terranova said. &quot;Me and her got into a shouting match right there on the driveway when all of sudden she told me to get out of her face and she didn't want to see me anymore, and I told her if that's the case you need to get off my driveway because you're at my house so if you don't want to see me no more you have to leave.&quot;

&quot;She hit me in the mouth three times and told I can't talk to her like that. I had my uncle and girlfriend here as witnesses. I called the police and she got arrested. She was crying in the backseat of the car saying it wasn't supposed to be like this.&quot;

Bieber, 17, appeared on NBC's &quot;Today&quot; show today, where he unequivocally denied ever meeting Yeater, much less siring her son.

&quot;None of the allegations are true,&quot; Bieber said. &quot;It's crazy that people want to make up such false allegations.&quot;

&quot;Never met the woman,&quot; Bieber added, noting that after his performances he heads straight for a car to drive him away from venues.
