Hmm... You do realize that you can purchase a DigiCel sim at the airport after you checkout from customs. It wouldn't be necessary for anyone to airmail one to you.

Yes - I do realize the kiosk is there, however, I would like to have the phone number before I leave so that I can leave it with relatives friends and the airline.
Would also like to set up their modem too.
