He said the sauce came from a basic recipe, and that Bailey and Williams have no rights in the sauce or the business.

I wonder what all was in that recipe. I have been told a lot of it is about the type of wood you smoke the meat with.

I have cooked some good jerk chicken and some bad jerk chicken, but I still don't have the secret down. I certainly make out better buying wet store bought in a jar than I do with a dry rub or making my own.

Still, I would not imagine any recipe was worth killing somebody over. I wonder if it contains something completely unexpected. There was a rib joint back home that marinated the ribs in pickled pigs feet juice and once one of the brothers let the secret out the siblings were fist fighting in the street.

Wedda him did invent di sauce or not, di fact dat him lied about di Granny story, brings him credibility seriously into question.

I don't condone him using the 'granny' story - hey we 'embellish' products all the time in advertising - it's whether or not his idren dem are entitled to a cut of the donzer that needs to be sorted out.
