Our initial plan was to go to fencing competitions all weekend but......

kia, him was walking when him break him foot? him accident prone? poor ting. mi never break bone yet (knock on wood) but mi know it cannot be pleasant.

as fi mi, mi a go hospital as usual to see alex. mi may fold mi laundry chores before then but this is a lo expectation kinda day. i think i need to up mi vitamins caw mi a feel worn out from all di pumping and trips to the hospital

Apple that breakfast is but as wi gwine lo-carb it for the next few days...is ongly di salt fish and callaloo mi can have. Few more slice a tomato would nice doh

Hello everyone..
