<span style="font-style: italic">UK has tight restrictions on firearm ownership. Has not helped their opportunity, actually, because of the lack of firearms ownership by citizens in London, allowed thugs to riot and burn and destroy part of the city recently...Did it not? If citizens and business owners were armed, the mayhem would have been eliminated as soon as the frist thug was laying face down in the street....and they were rioting because?...lack of opportunity? </span>
