Today I will go to work for a little while, and sell some beads. Tis the selling season so like the farmers in the field, I gotta make hay while the sun shines! Saturdays are fun though, lots of people stopping by.

I found my way back to my gym earlier this morning lol. It is definitely brisk outside.

I'm putting up Christmas decorations today. I'm not doing anything elaborate because I'm already contemplating what level of effort it will require to take it all down. Right now, I'm sitting here with a deep conditioner on my head, drinking a cup of black currant tea, and watching Law &amp; Order.

It is going to be a lazy weekend. I would not mind getting into a little trouble this evening. I'll see who I can round up to go out for drinks and a bite to eat with me.

insomnia caught mi last night and so mi wake up late.. it is a day of inside chores and decorations. horseback riding - we get to see chester , food shopping and returning stuff at best buy on the agenda too.

ILP although mi do spend up to 7.5 hrs a di hospital on some days i do slack off at night and sleep. mi used to still wake up every 3 hrs bout mi a pump but dat was wearing mi out when u put it pon top a everything else. now nuh alarm nuh set a night. mi wake up and pump a mawning. mi milk supply ok fi now.

Good Saturday everyone

The day start out good. Set out to run 10 miles but did 8 miles. Saw a coyote on the running trail. First time seeing one so close and in my neighbourhood. Surprisingly, seeing it did not scare me as seeing a rottweiler normally would. Then I saw some deers and a hawk. So that was my bonding with nature moment.

Done clean house and heading out on the road later.
