kind of hard to speak from a point of knowledge if you have never been there...
i have been there several times and never had a problem...
it seems there have been more problems since they increased the restrictions a few years back...i don't even go anymore since they turned it into a police parade...
and yet still can't seem to stop any violence that has occurred
