That's a chilling story.
Sad that someone can be forgotten for years on end.

I can't believe that you can get away without paying rent for 3 years in England.

They don't call it the &quot;nanny state&quot; for nothing ...

I'm sure one of or UK board members here will stop by and tell us a bit more on how the welfare system works over there.
