Made my first post. I suspect that it will be ignored... (Evan am still Wahalla.. but with a no this time!)

I<span style="color: #FF0000">t has always amazed me that how much to poltics in Jamaica is connected to chrisitianty. With all parties and all sects claiming a divine right to rule and a divine pipe line to a mythical being...For me the misquoted dictum should hold.. &quot;till the last preacher is strangled with the entrails of the last politician&quot; should apply... I confess as being surprised at the out come.... But then I have no connection to either a mythical god or any of both political parties... But then those with connections to both these sources of wisdom were equally surprised.. Merely proving that they are as falliable as urs truly..

One should take positives from this experience.. the most peaceful election in our recent history.. The graciousness of Andrew compared to a past action of other incumbents.. That we performed in such a manner is credit to our maturity... Compare our selves to the northern metropole, we did better...

There should be some serious analysis as to the low turn out.. It should not be dismissed as a one off as there is a steady decline.. Why is the question.. I have heard a theory advanced that the young and educated to a tertiary level did not vote...</span>
