Hi I'm trying to find the song that was number one in the charts the day I was born. I've had no luck with google seaches for the Jamaican charts for June 1974. Does anyone know of any links to pages which might help me - Thanks

Try The Star Newspaper.
additionally you can look at Leroy Smart, Dillinger, Lone Ranger, Echo, Leroy Sibbles, Ken Boothe, Hopeton Lewis, Junior Byles, Tapper Zukie, welton Irie, Discography and see if they charted during this time

Here is a good place to start. You can't search by year but you can search by Artiste, Riddim, Songs, Producer, Label, which will display the dates their products charted.
