BANGKOK – In what can only be described as the ultimate devotional sign of ‘macabre’ love, a Thai man decides to marry his girlfriend despite she’s been dead for days already.
For 29 year old Sarinya Kamsook nothing meant more to her than to marry the love of her life. She had been eagerly counting down the days to her wedding day.
But in a cruel twist of fate, Sarinya would never come to experience the much anticipated highlight of her life, at least not while being alive.
A horrible car accident killed Kamsook and robbed her not just of her young life but of the one thing she wanted more than anything: her wedding.

Four days after her death, her boyfriend, 28 year old Chadil Deffy, decided to give his deceased girlfriend her final wish and married her.
A TV director by trade, Deffy recorded his wedding with his dead girlfriend and despite the love story being somewhat macabre, it shows the deep devotion and true love the couple had for one another.
“Till death do us part” obviously doesn’t apply to everyone. In Kamsook’s and Deffy’s case, it took death for them to become united as one.
