bout it...twin sisters who have a company dat supply nuts an bolts to the troops in the Gulf, sold the Armed Services $100k worth of said nuts and bolts but due to a loophole were able to bill shipping for the $100k of merchandise at $20MILLION...yep...they were paid $20 million to ship $100,000 worth of goods...u have to thank good citizens who cheat weneva di opportunity come dere way...
