I have no idea if it's the same man. The one here in Orange hyphenates his last name - Hassan Abdul-Rasheed; the one in Baltimore apparently doesn't - Hassan Abdul Rasheed. But that could also be a webmaster's typo, couldn't it? The man here in Orange is a local building code inspector.

Is that a common name?
