Good afternoon to mi Ja.com Fambly

Mi get up from mawnin go do a rather long run. The last one before the Marathon.
Then went to the spa for a well deserved massage.
I tried (lawd knows mi tried) not to drop asleep. But low and behold
Then went to Sprouts (Texico's version of Whole Foods) go get some grocery.
It soooo nice outside (70's)...so mi gwine hitch on the carriage and mi ahn Hunter going for a bike ride.

Enjoy the the rest of the day....

Howdy everybody. Me just done clean and heading to the kitchen to cook some dinner. Then maybe do some laundry...gotta finish everything today. Tomorrow is a big day in front the TV! Go Giants..

Good Saturday jamaicans.com'ers!

Wonderful Saturday and the day started out well with my early morning wake up...even though I fell back to sleep and never get outta bed til almost 9 o'clock. It's very cold here and icy but mi had a great 8 miles run. Another runner caught up wid mi so we ran together and chat the whole way. Almost forgot my friend had a women's self awareness seminar, so not to disappoint him, I went and had a great time.

Gotta clean house and get some chores done. Hope you're all having a great day with family and friends. Cheers!
