Yuri this is not a matter of resources when somebody has difficulty hearing you so the call must be disconnected and you private your number and the line is suddenly clear. Not calling back when you say you will... poor customer service. Even if your answer is no, I don't have the information yet but I am still checking into it is a different thing from not responding in weeks but in 2 days you put everything aside and make it happen... They have customer service ethic/culture or anything in that organization. There is only so much I will be willing to blame on the lack of resources ...
