This follows Monday’s reply to the Jamaican entertainer's appeal by US Prosecutors.
The entertainer’s attorney, David Oscar Markus, has also applied to present oral arguments to the court.
According to Defense Attorney, Wayne Golding, oral arguments are reserved for cases with special circumstances, but they offer the attorney a chance to face a panel of judges and answer questions directly.
He feels Buju's case has some things that may be seen as unique
However, he's cautioning that the US Government's right to challenge an appeal may continue to work against the artiste.
