Trader's Joe has Walmart milk

I am still trying to figure this out. How TJ ended up with Walmart milk on its shelf.

Today, I went to TJ and bought a gallon of milk. At the cashier, the milk wouldn't scan, then the cashier says, "oh, it's because this is Walmart's milk." I asked her how Walmart milk ended up on TJ shelf? She replied, I don't know.

This thing really have me concerns as Walmart has the worst products.
