According to TMZ, Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, wants their daughter to live in an environment like she’s grown accustomed to. But he wants the actress to pay for it.
Aubry is asking Berry to give him $15,000-$20,000 a month for a “proper” home for daughter Nahla.
He also asked the court for a list of other things he wants from the actress, including a large sum of money for the child’s clothing as well as money to take her to Canada to visit his family.
The two were scheduled to go to court Monday, but the hearing has been delayed until April 9.
In the meantime, the court is waiting to see what the dependency judge decides with Aubry. If the judge takes away some of his custody rights, the decision will likely impact child support.
