FIRST WIFE EXPOSES HUSBAND'S SECRET

A married man in St Catherine has been taken into custody for suspicion of bigamy after a picture that was brought to church revealed that he was previously married.
The man, who was never divorced from his first wife but decided to remarry, was sitting in church with his new love when drama unfolded.
Reports reaching THE STAR are that <span style="font-style: italic">while sitting cosily beside wife number two, the man's <span style="font-weight: bold">first wife walked in, brandished a wedding photo and said to her husband, "Yu remember dis?"</span>

Sources say that the second wife immediately became curious, and decided to start her own investigations about her husband who she had no idea was married.
It is said that during the woman's probe she discovered that her husband had possibly not been completely truthful to her, and was in fact still married to the other woman.
A report was reportedly made to the Spanish Town police and an investigation launched. The police confirmed the man's status at the Registrar General's Department. Further investigation is underway with a view of charging him with bigamy.
Documentation is said to have been later retrieved which confirmed that the man got married about 15 years ago but he moved from the matrimonial home. He then lived with the second woman, whom he married two years ago.
It was revealed to THE STAR that both wives live in houses that are not very far from each other on the outskirts of Spanish Town.
