Nope but there is your Diaspora Bonds if you want it.
The Diaspora Orgs have been running up their collective mouths about Jamaica Diaspora Bonds now they can hop on to this if it goes through.

This signals that the IMF Agreements is effectively dead. not the expect bond placement but the size of it.

Well no other choice the Euro-Bonds are matured and we would have to borrow anyway.
Jamaica is Greece without Euro-Grease.
At least Greece had the sense to latch onto Europe's titi!
