I suppose the black hoodie that one of the accused were wearing qualified him as black. And these black teens had the cahunas follow him onto his own home.
They continue to take a gas can from the boy's own porch and held him in his own yard and set him on fire 'because he is white'.

on the face of it if this story is true it is very wrong of course...

but still does not have the ramifications that the trayvon martin case does...on so many levels--- there are legal, social, political &amp; every other al ramifications
