Taiwanese Diplomat murdered in Dominican Republic


52 year old Taiwanese diplomat Taiwanese was found dead in her apartment in Santo Domingo's University district on Tuesday april 17

The victim's friends  reportedly called her by telephone several times to find out why she had not come to work.

When they did not receive an answer, they decided to go to her home.

Her body was found with stab wounds and appeared to have been beaten and strangled.

According to police the door to her apartment was not forced open.

Ms. Ou had been posed in Santo Domingo for about a year.

Yes it is (although china still claims it)... I think the poster was wondering if china is behind the killing...
True--- romantic/sexual relationships can lead to those things as well. I guess the investigation will have to see

This will do nothing to change the emerging notion that the Caribbean is one of the world's most dangerous regions

I think it was reported that the Caribbean is responsible for 27% of the world's crime.
