I don't have a reason to listen to the radio on my drive home now. Michael Baisden used to cause me to sit in my car even after I had gotten home so I could hear the latest developments. They did him real dirty, apparently he didn't know until last Thursday that the deal had been done; and he wasn't allowed on the air Thursday to say goodbye to his audience.

What happened to kiss and many other black stations across de country and de world is that there is a company called Arbitron who advertisers turn to fi look fi si who and which station dem should advertise on.

What they do is give ppl a bracelet that they track wirelessly to see what stations they are listening to. They purposely gave the bracelets to yt ppl who don't listen to urban radio so that the numbers coming in would be low. KISS went from 28 million to 3 million in revenue because of the arbitron ratings. KISS &amp; BLS probably had the greatest listenership in NYC but because of said company it nuh look dat way.

This going on all over the place and now NY doesn't have station which is black owned, and dat is de big picture.
