2nd Generation and Food

I'm a 2nd generation Jamaican and my good friend, Angela, is just like me - not actually BORN in Jamaica but raised in the UK and Canada. We both love Jamaican food but can't cook it and have looked to our mothers for cooking guidance throughout the years.

So...Angela decided to get her mother on video and created a cooking website that features Faye (her mother) teaching her the recipes she has loved her entire life.

The star of the website is definitely Faye who explains in video and in written posts how to cook everything from curry chicken, to stew peas and rice to cornmeal pudding.

My friend (Angela) is a former magazine editor so she knows how to communicate well and put up a website that really looks good. Anyhow can I ask the Jamaicans.com community to visit this site - you will love the recipes and videos!

female cow tail is very soft and meatier. i've tried it. speaking of which, i should get some.
