i think latin american countries' leaders have to memorize this line as babies when they learn how to speak...they all say this, but of course it is pure bullkrap;
the latin countries are more blatantly racist than everywhere else...
but the sad part is that they don't know it...
it's kind of just accepted...when the "blacks" in these countries get their minds emancipated then things will begin to change;
the ruling classes have no interest in upsetting the status quo as they benefit from it...
but how ironic that some marley offspring running off with white women...aye sah;
