The guy was obviously embarrassed. I'm thinking that if he hasn't already thought it, lawyers, who're seeing are prolly tryna talk him into launching a law suit.

I think they would say that Will's action is homophobic (dunno if the kisser is gay) and that Will hit the guy <span style="font-weight: bold">after</span> he'd already pushed the guy off him. This, they would say, constitutes assault.
