Cool Treats - Suggestions Needed

I can't have ice cream anymore and it is hot like fiyah in Toronto today. What other treats can I have? Post pictures...do.....do ...

They must be non-lactose.....no eggs or peanuts either.

yes it was good. i had it at a friends house. dont know where they got it.

i never see the cans

it comes in the 20oz bottle in Jamaica but not here

Sorry I am not much into booze. Loved piña coladas once in a while when on vacation but with the lactose problems I guess I can only risk that once in a while.
