United States Virgin Islands, HELP!

In western culture here in the United States we glorify violence, sex, death, and mayhem. We print it in magazines, books, make movies, and sing about it in some of the most popular songs on the radio.
We celebrate and glorify the destruction of others in this made up fantasy. Or do we?
What if there really was a place where the threat of violence, death, corruption, hate, and prejudice existed right here in America? Not one or two of these things but all of them.
The United States Virgin Islands is the drawing board where all manners of vile behaviour is perfected.
This is not Somalia or Iraq. This is an American territory where the Stars and Stripes fly daily.
This is American soil with American citizens. People who work, live, and breath the American Dream.
This is also a place where you will never receive a fair trial in its courts if you are Caucasian. This is also a place where scientific evidence like DNA cannot be used to clear ones name. The Judges have not the education, mental capacity, or basic ability to educate the juries on the this basic long standing rule of science. Rest assured if the prosecutor can use it, it's fact. If your white and innocent and you use it then your pulling the wool over the eyes of the locals.
I never believed this to be fact. I never saw this until recently. It has been going on for years. Even dating back to the late nineties when a man named Jose Texido was convicted but the FBI crime lab cleared him in direct testimony.
It's a place where years will pass while awaiting trial only to be shuffled through and convicted in a matter of a day or two on nothing but lies and nepotism.
The breakdown of the judicial system is always a good start to a perfect storm. Wait though because there is much more.
You also need a population of uneducated sheep who will listen to lies, allow to be manipulated, and stand by while you strip the government of all its money and resources.
We have one hundred thousand souls in the USVI and 15 glorified city councilman called senators being paid well over one hundred thousand per year. They have large staffs packed with family members, they award contracts and favors to only local friends so they may do the same. Nothing gets done. We are left with no schools, medical care, bad roads, higher taxes and a violent deadly culture.
There are no jobs left for the non local native. Only local connected Blacks work in the government. The large corporations are leaving. Nothing is left. Unemployed peoples has reached nearly twenty percent. TWENTY PERCENT IS NEARLY THREE TIMES MORE THAN THE MAINLAND US!
With all of this dishonest, death, corruption, and rape of the American why do Americans still live, visit, and work there?
Why? Because the American Corporation has dollar signs in its eyes. Hotel and Cruise companies sell heavily discounted trips via boats and planes knowing that your welfare and safety are in great danger. From Carnival Cruises to The Ritz Carlton, transporting you to your peril by Jet Blue or American Airlines it's all for the almighty dollar of greed.
There are white Americans robbed, raped, imprisoned, and dead because of this corruption. Because of this greed.
In any mafia they have a leader a boss. They also have a bag man. A person who's job is simply to collect the money. To perpetuate the scam. They all have one and so does the USVI.
It's not a man it's a women with a fancy total. Delegate to Congress and her name is Donna Christiansen. For nearly sixteen years she has begged, lied, stolen, and wasted the American tax payers money to support this blighted society called The United States Virgin Islands. She receives aid, grants, and loans to further the professional beggers and thieves who run this government.
It must stop. The judicial system is in shambles. The schools, jails, government offices, and society as a whole is worthless and self destructing at an alarming pace.
They must be stopped.
