Galina Ryabkova, 30, was arrested shortly after the incident, which took place on Sunday at the Moscow tower block in which she and her family lived.

The family live on the eighth floor of the building, but Ryabkova is believed to have taken the children up to the 15th floor before throwing them off. Her husband was away on business at the time.

sad I think she may have been way mentally off. Russia always pride demselves on how dem will openly take the kids into the childrens homes no questions about why you leaving them but health info may be required.
