how come these people never know when to stop? one guy we worked with here was in the office at 4:00 a.m. going through people's desk to see what deals they were working on, pass insider information to his crony on the outside. when the jig was up he went splat over the bloor viaduct. his pal only got 23 months in jail. after you amass a $6million house, what more do you want?

Even at middle mgmt....in NYC 100K is very low. Regular line mgrs are in the 100K range.

Maybe he was on a 50/50 comp plan.

i can tell yuh dat the bonus for back office and/or treasury (which he was) is not that much. 10k-15k if that much. most people mi know in back office with his same title/function mek around that give or take 10-15k more. him claim to have been working with hedge funds but it was them internal finance department.

if he was hanging with his peers, they should have been suspicious when he was dropping 2000K on table service at clubs and frequenting spas for massages and facials, with an ex wife and 2 kids to support.

if he was hanging with the players higher up, the guys at the VERY top (cause VP for his function/level just mean manager sometime them interchange it) that make all one million and up , then they should have been suspicious when chauffer a drive him come a work every day. mi would a like know the name of him driver suh mi can hire him.

he was even quoted in a local paper in NJ when he purchased 2 condos worth 2.5 mill, how that press never reach back to citi is beyond me.
