Heart desease is all pan di inside, an it hav no respect fi age eida. Mi can memba at least two well conditioned long-distance runners, whe watch dem diet, drop dead ah heart attack suddenly. By di way, di regular X-rays won't show a blockage, or narrowing of di arteries, dat require specific test tuh bi ordered. Das why many noh ketch it early till dem start hav symtoms, an sometimes it too late.

Holy s***! So, you know actor Michael Clarke Duncan, right? He is large and has a deep voice and he did that bee-vomiting thing in the Green Mile? And you know Omarosa, right? Janice Dickinson chased her around with a knife that one time on VH1? Well. Duncan had a heart attack last night around 2 am, and he would have died if it weren't for the fact that he and Omarosa are apparently dating (nobody told me!). After discovering Duncan unconscious, Omarosa jumped into action and administered CPR. "He is now stable and we look forward to his full recovery," says Duncan's rep. [Us]

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Michael Clarke Duncan has died, the "Green Mile" actor's fiancee told the Associated Press on Monday. He was 54.
His publicist released a statement from his fiancee Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, saying the actor died Monday morning in a Los Angeles hospital after nearly two months of treatment in response to a heart attack July 13.
Duncan is best known for his performance in the 1999 prison drama "The Green Mile," starring Tom Hanks. The Oscar-nominated actor has also appeared in "Armageddon," "The Scorpion King," and "Sin City."

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Michael Clarke Duncan's fiancee says the Oscar nominee for "The Green Mile" has died while being hospitalized following a July heart attack.
Publicist Joy Fehily released a statement from Clarke's fiancée, the Rev. Omarosa Manigault, saying the 54-year-old actor died Monday morning in a Los Angeles hospital after nearly two months of treatment following the July 13 heart attack.
