How embarrassing!!
<span style="font-weight: bold">'I was on a 10hr Dubai booze-up. Taxi was a blur, but in just a few hours I went from party dancing to dungeon jail hell</span>
HE party-loving Brit accused of having sex in the back of a Dubai taxi last night confessed to a TEN-HOUR booze binge before her arrest and admitted: “I’m no saint.”
Busty Becky Blake told how she went from a four-hour drink-all-you-can BRUNCH, to a hotel HAPPY HOUR, followed by four hours drinking in a BAR.
The cabbie who took her home called cops saying she romped naked on the back seat with a male pal. She was arrested and spent five days in a cockroach-infested hellhole jail — as first revealed in The Sun.
Yesterday Becky, 29 — who has been sacked from her job as a £100,000-a-year recruitment consultant — broke her silence about what went on in the cab, saying: “It’s all a blur.
“It had been a great day — I was dancing and drinking from 12 noon till gone 10 at night.
“Looking back I literally went from having fun dancing in the sun to an underground dungeon hell in a matter of hours.”
Becky, of Dorking, Surrey, told how she went with six pals to one of Dubai’s famous Friday brunches — which costs £35 for unlimited food and booze from midday until 4pm — at the exclusive Rotana Hotel.
“I like to party and I like to drink. I’m a single girl with a good job and I am no saint.
"We’d booked the brunch in advance and were really looking forward to it. Everyone gets drunk there but it doesn’t get rowdy.
"There’s constant alcohol — your drink won’t even be half gone before you get given a new one. I was table hopping, drinking white wine and just generally having a great time.
"I don’t know how much I had, they just kept filling up the glass.
"But I wouldn’t say I was paralytic, it’s not like I was falling over or slumping in a corner — I don’t get like that.
"I was just partying, it was starting to heat up, but wasn’t too hot. The music was good and I was dancing away.”
After four hours making the most of the endless white wine, Becky stayed on for happy hour until 6pm before heading off to another bar to carry on the party.
At 10.30pm she and her pal, Irish welder Conor McRedmond, 28, decided to go home. Becky said: “I’d been out drinking since 12 so it had been a long day.
"Conor and I have been good mates for a while — he’s a close friend.
"We were only in the taxi for five minutes before the driver pulled over. I can’t speak about anything in the cab for legal reasons. But I didn’t know what was going on. It is all a blur and I don’t really remember how it all came about.
"I was confused when the taxi driver started speaking to the police.
"The driver got back in and locked the doors. The police car followed behind, and we were dropped at the police station.”
Shell-shocked Becky was then arrested and hurled into a cell with EIGHT other women — still wearing her black mini-dress and stilettos.
She was strip-searched and left to sleep on a mattress on the cockroach-infested floor — as fleas feasted on her exposed flesh. Sobbing Becky said:
“Everyone was speaking Arabic and I didn’t understand a word.
"I went to go to the toilet and it was just a hole in the floor — and I could see bugs running around everywhere. It was so hot because the air conditioning had broken. I just lay on a mattress crying.
Arrest ... Sun report on Becky
"A cockroach bit my face and there was no natural light because the cell was underground.
"I must have dozed off a little bit because when I woke up I had a cockroach bite on my face. It was vile — the worst nightmare you could possibly imagine.
"I had a panic attack and thought, ‘s***, I am in prison.’ I was literally terrified.”
Becky spent five days in Bur Dubai women’s holding prison — notorious for overcrowding — before she was granted bail.
But before she was allowed out, she had to undergo an invasive internal examination and DNA tests which will determine whether she did or didn’t have sex in the cab.
She is now awaiting her fate and cannot believe how her world has fallen apart — all because of her mega booze binge.
Convent-educated Becky insisted she had never been in trouble before. She said:
“I have a squeaky-clean record. I have never been in any bother — I’ve never had even so much as a speeding fine.
"I come from a middle class, very respectable family. They are Roman Catholics and have traditional values.
"I was confirmed and took my holy communion. I wouldn’t say I was religious as I grew up but I have been praying a lot recently.
