well is not just JFK.. time and time again yuh see on the news about the perimeter of airports across the country.

some a dem dung to a likkle pickney can scale the fence. some a dem part a the fence pap dung and anybody can squeeze choo, and so on.

They are a bunch of idiots and then to want to charge the man on top of it.
