No opinions or insights? I know there are lots of teachers and even more parents on this board. Tell us what's on your mind.

BTW, I'm pro-union and think the Dems have let workers down, e.g. governor recall in Wisconsin and now Rahmbo in Chicago. Then again, mine is an opinion based on principles and not necessarily very informed. Come and enlighten me.

Here in Ontario, the Premier last year promised teaches that "we don't tear up collective agreements"
He did this to get their vote, last week they legislated a two year pay freeze, not allowed to strike or any sort of job action.
They can spend millions on foolishness but the ppl that teach de yutes, dis is who dem choose fi sheg.

Parents, teachers, administrators, and the students themselves have to be held accountable.
