Just figured out how to stick to a diet

Ensure that a gorph is around every time you eat.

The other day I missed breakfast and lunch as usual. Grabbed a chocolate bar when I filled up with gas. A gorph came in. I couldn't even get the chocolate bar down...no appetite.

Skipping breakfast and lunch "as usual" is not a good way of nourishing the structure...daytime is the key time for nourishing...
I don't even want to know what 'gorph' is

I know...I am very bad with the meal skipping business. I should be skinny like a supermodel the rate at which I skip meals.

A gorph....you know...a gorphy looking guy...
