So Paul Ryan did ah beg stimulus money from Obama?

So Ryan's district benefit from over 50M dollars from the ARRA

Yet Ryan publicly dismissed the stimulus as a &quot;wasteful spending spree&quot;

So does that mean that the 50M was spent on wasteful projects in the first congressional district?

Shouldn't Ryan be requesting that Walker send back the money so that the first congressional district is no longer contributing to the public debt and so his constituents won't become dependent on government? Source </div></div>
