Burnt body of child found along Port Royal Road

KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Eastern Kingston police say they have discovered the body of a female child which was set ablaze in bushes along the Port Royal road near Fort Rocky.
Police say the partially burnt remains of the child which appears to be not more than 15-years-old was found with the hands bound and a cord around the neck.
