Congratulations to Jamaican sprinter and former fastest man in the world Asafa Powell who recently became a first time dad to a healthy baby girl. She was born to mom Amita Persaud-Webb who is a local tv host of the show FI WI CHOICE. The 21 year old Amita was born in Moscow, Russia to a Jamaican father and a Guyanese mother who met while they were attending University and got married.
Amita has graced local beauty pageants including Miss Jamaica in 2009 as well as entered the Miss Teen Jamaica and was awarded the titles of Most Congenial and Most Disciplined– and crowned 2nd runner up to the Queen.
On another note Asafa also recently made a $200,000.00 (jmd) donation providing 12 scholarships to needy kids attending the Jamaican German Automotive School in Kingston, Jamaica. The funds were part of his reward from the island's government for his performance at the recent Olympics held in London.

... I mean studio photos of one's pregnant belly? I was in a mall photography studio the other day and they were advertising maternity photography. Am I the only one thinking this is a little over the top??
