How much to unlock a Blackberry in Jamaica?

Was asked this question on the weekend "How much is the "going" rate to unlock a blackberry in Jamaica?

With a T-Mobile BB, I didn't need to do anything. With the ATT one, even though they claimed it was unlocked before I left, the Digicell sim card that worked in the T-Mobile phone, didn't work in the ATT one. I had tried the ATT first. Should NOT cost more than $25 US, if that much or free if done here first with the carrier. It is a really easy process . Simply plug in the IMEI code into a program and it spits out the unlock code. The person then presses a few keys on the phone, punches in the unlock code and it's done. People on the phones forums used to provide unlock codes for free too, but I'd be wary of providing my phones info to people.

Its $10 at the Ft Lauderdale Swap shop. I would guess that this is one service that probably costs more in Jamaica, than in the US.
