Need some help with Negril Experts

To me Negril is a place u pass through.. Buy a expensive beer and leave.. Step in the sea.. then leave...

So my manager, well the man who signs my invoices is going on Holiday there,,,, He did what I do ask his wife to arrange it... Now he ask me what about the place.

So What can a person do in the place ???

Where can he eat ? international, a good local place... What activities can he go to...where can he go for some dancing???

He is going with his 19 year old son....

Personally I am going to give him a list of Jamaican fruit as a bucket list...

where is he staying?

wen i'm in negril i eat at Cosmos or Sweet Spice.

he should go jump off the cliff at Ricks.

He won't have a problem finding dancing...depending on where he stays there is music somewhere on the Seven mile beach. Cosmos is great for food and there are quite a few little restaurants along the main road (Norman Manley). Plenty of activities...he should ask at the place he is staying...

Sweet Spice for sure! Nothing fancy - but delicious food at very reasonable price.
(I make my brown stew fish their way; years and years ago, I asked them how they make theirs and why it's a bit different tasting - a tad milder maybe? - different somehow, than everywhere else I've eaten it on the island... they told me that they use a drizzle of honey, that's why - and sure enough, my brown stew fish now tastes like theirs does! )

Can't help much with dancing, but there were still lots of places the last time I was there. I remember that.

Wahalla, I have mixed feelings about Sweet Spice. I had much better, fresher food at Traveller's Beach Resort. I thought the food at Sweet Spice was kind of bland.
It depends on the night which beach bar has live entertainment. His son will love the Jungle. I think it was Thursday nights that ladies got in free before 12, so the place fills up. (HOOKER ALERT!! Your boss will spot them, his son may not be experienced)

Make sure he is aware that ganja is illegal. A lot of tourists incorrectly assume that it is legal and make expensive mistakes. (Cops will shake them down) PM me for the phone # of a reliable cabbie, who can take them around safely. Most tourists forget that they need to travel cautiously.

Wahalla - Queenb has been there more recently than I have... dunno, maybe Sweet Spice has lost a likkle sintin?

Queenb, have you always felt that way (bland food) about Sweet Spice? Or just recently?
This may help Whalla help his boss, so I'm asking...
