Saw the story on NBC yesterday. What a complicated case. I heard that the "couple" sent him pictures and updates. Heard that this may complicated things. With all the publicity I am sure when this child grows up they will not have a problem finding their father.

I agree the implications will be far reaching. With each state having it's own laws there are different layers of complications. Apparently if they were in a state that recognized same-sex marriage there would be no issues.
